  Looking for a supplement or vitamin that the website clearly stated was available in this GNC. Walked in, a young lady sitting on the counter, legs spread wide open. Never got off the counter, no one in the store at this time. The man working was more interested in the woman on the counter than my needs. Never showed me a possible alternative to what I was looking for ( black ginger root ). GNC's loss....I left disappointed, no purchase made, I even told the man it was a wasted trip. Went to the vitamin store and spent close to $200 I will never return to GNC Customers are definitely not a priority

  I went in and the guy at the counter made me feel like I was bothering him the whole time , was my first time checking the store out and honestly I'll stick with vitamin shop

  The store employee went above and beyond to help me with a return. In the process the computer crashed and had other glitches that handled very professionally. Great experience.
