  Outstanding Customer Service, Professionalism, and Quality Eye Care — Five Stars! I’ve been a loyal For Eyes customer for many years, having followed Mary from the Waldorf location to the Greenbelt store she now manages. That loyalty speaks volumes about the trust and confidence I’ve developed in her and the consistently exceptional service she and her staff provide. Mary and her team are knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. What particularly sets them apart is their willingness to go the extra mile, even after a purchase. Anyone who wears glasses knows that a frame’s comfort and fit sometimes become apparent only after extended wear. Whenever adjustments or even replacement frames have been necessary, they’ve been remarkably accommodating and responsive. The in-house optometrist also deserves recognition for providing thorough, professional eye care. Having that expertise alongside an outstanding optical staff makes for an excellent overall experience. The recently renovated Greenbelt store is bright, open, and welcoming, perfectly complementing the quality of service provided. Bottom line: Mary, her staff, and the in-house optometrist consistently deliver exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail. They’ve earned my loyalty over the years, and I recommend the For Eyes Greenbelt location without hesitation. A well-deserved five stars!

  I cannot recommend enough. Thorough, knowledgeable, affable and pleasant. Stress free environment, helpful and friendly staff. Dr. Benjamin Hartz was efficient and friendly for someone so experienced and professionally proficient. He has an easy way of communicating that didn’t make me anxious or defensive. Best eye doctor experience in my 55 years.
