I needed to purchase frames for a new prescription, and there were a lot of options. I didn't want to go high in cost, and they had frames that were reasonably priced. Rose worked with me to place my order, and I was in and out pretty quickly. My eyeglasses were ready less than a week later. Overall, I had a great experience.

I set up an appointment to see an eye doctor and even received a confirmation email for the appointment but when I got there I was told that my appointment was canceled because the doctor called out due to an emergency. I did not receive any notification of the cancellation and did not receive any calls or emails that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. The receptionist stated that the sent a Voicemail but never took me out of the system so I still received confirmation text. I never received a phone call or a voicemail and why not send an email or try to call again to make sure I receive the message before the appointment. Very unprofessional. Definitely changing locations.

I called to confirm my appointment this rude man told me that I had no appointments scheduled and that I wasn’t even in the system, even to there’s a text message proving my appointment was scheduled. A waste of time, and very unprofessional service.
