  I had a very pleasant experience at this office. The staff were professional, very friendly and accommodating to my special needs. They gave me excellent care and special assistance. I would like to especially thank Shelreka, Leighanne, Edward and Natalie for going above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. They did not treat me like I was just another patient, but I felt like I was a part of the team and that they really cared about me as an individual. I have been to other locations and this one was the best.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this office because of how the front desk handled our appointment. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and we checked in at 10:10 AM, which is within the office’s stated 15-minute grace period. Despite that, another patient with a later appointment time was taken back before us simply because they arrived earlier. What made the situation worse was that no one informed us of what was happening. We were left waiting for 30 minutes without any explanation, wondering why we had been skipped even though we arrived within the allowed grace period. A simple update or explanation would have shown respect for our time. The front desk staff came across as unprofessional, and the office did not seem to apply its own policies consistently. If patients are allowed a 15-minute grace period, they should not lose their place in line without being informed. I hope management addresses this issue and improves communication and scheduling so future patients are treated more fairly.

  My frist impression was good, but tried to make an appointment for an annual appointment and my doctor is only doing virtual appointments. How can a cardiologist evaluate a patient virtually? Now I am looking for an new doctor.

  Doctor Penafiel was Awesome! He was kind, friendly, gentle,attentive, compassionate, detailed, quick and efficient! His Assistant did great as well! The staff was a little bit above average. I got in shortly after my appointment time. No complaints thus far.

  I was extremely fortunate to have this group of Cardiologists in this area to save my life 2 months ago, specifically Dr. Kelly Miller, Thank you, and I will forever be indebted.
