  So far I give then 5 stars. Dr. Markan's office & Dr. Markan himself have been phenomenal. Compassionate, knowledgeable, & kind. K am grateful to have Dr. Markan & his team on my side.

  I pulled in the Tate Center on 10/23/2025, where I was greeted by Walter Supervisor) . I later learn his name from Kevin Marks (Account Manager) with Towne Park after requesting upper management based on treatment after he refused to give me his name. In my 45 years of life I have never encountered someone so heartless, or compassionate for others. I asked the associate if it would be alright if I ran up just to grab some support hose because there was no immediate parking spaces near the clinic which triggered me attempt valet given the walking distance for a 3 minute transaction. I have a service animal that accompanies me because I have a history of fainting including temporary paralysis. After speaking with the agent he informed me that I could not leave the dog in the car and I agreed I said that's fine she is a service animal and that I could take her with me. Even after this exchange of words the associate continued to be abrasive and combative in a threatening manner. This is coaching for Walter to know that when dealing with the public , you have to maintain your professionalism, which was not followed. I then asked for his name but he refused to provide it. When I left the visit there was a supervisor awaiting as I requested to leave the location in tears due to the pain of walking

  I started my treatment at Tate Cancer Center in April 2025. Throughout my 5 1/2 week journey the staff have provided excellent care which in turns give you a patient a positive out look on you cancer journey. I consider the staff as Angels on Earth for motivation and care they provide to each and every patient.
