  The rude lady with a lip piercing wouldn’t measure my pupillary distance unless I bought glasses from their store. They said it was a “liability issue” in case they get it wrong, which doesn’t make sense because they could’ve also gotten my prescription wrong and I’m allowed to get that from them… I think they only refuse to give you your PD to try and get you to buy a $400 pair of sunglasses from them instead of buying $30 ones from a place like Zenni.

  My first time there and it will definitely be my last. The doctor was good but the sales people were not nice at all. I had asked for a sample set of contacts because I was out of mine and they gave me an expired pair. When I told them they were expired they told me that was all they had and they wouldn’t hurt my eyes. They didn’t seem to care at all. After googling if you should use expired contacts the answer is NO it can cause infections etc. Safe to say I will never go back there again and will never recommend it to anyone.

  I should start by saying that my experience with the doctor (Keramati) was positive. My disappointment has to do with their sales people. I was honestly just looking to be educated about different lenses but the guy (Joe) was VERY pushy and sales oriented and was "friendly" up until I firmly told him that I wasn't interested in buying anything and that I just wanted information... that's when his whole demeanor changed and he seemed annoyed for seemingly "wasting his time". This was my first time giving this office a try and I won't be coming back here for any future eye care appointments. 2 stars instead of 1 because, again, Dr. Keramati was great, but the experience with their sales person left a sour taste in my mouth...

  My daughter broke her glasses 4 days after getting them , I called this place and they had no problem letting me come in and having a tech look at them , they were able to fix them and charged me NOTHING ! Beyond thankful , the staff was amazing and respectful and they had a couple of fishes my kids looked at while we waited which also was super fast.
