I absolutely love Amazing Smiles! From the moment I walk in, the entire staff is so kind, welcoming, and patient. The office itself is always well organized and clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere for both children and parents. The dental assistants are wonderful. They are so friendly, encouraging, and they always go out of their way to make my kids feel at ease and cared for. You can tell they truly enjoy working with kids, and their kindness never goes unnoticed. Dr. Suzanne Motwaly is truly one of a kind. She is incredibly patient, compassionate, and has such a gentle, reassuring approach with children. She also has a natural ability to connect with them, making them feel safe, comfortable, and reassured throughout their visit. I especially appreciate how she meets each child where they are and adapts her approach to their individual needs instead of rushing or forcing anything. That level of care and understanding means so much to me as a parent. Doc M is AMAZING!! She’s always so friendly, sweet, humorous & gentle not only with the kids but she definitely makes my day as well. Dame took x-rays and was really gentle with my 4yr old. Unfortunately, our experience at this dental clinic was very upsetting. My son was brought in for a routine dental checkup. He has a speech difficulty and, due to a previous injury that affected his upper lip, his speech and appearance are slightly different. Instead of showing professionalism, kindness, and understanding, the dentist laughed at him and mocked the way he speaks and the appearance of his upper lip. This behavior was extremely hurtful and completely unacceptable, especially from a healthcare professional working with children. No child should ever feel embarrassed, judged, or ridiculed during a medical appointment. In addition, the clinic appeared disorganized and lacked proper cleanliness and organization, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. I cannot recommend this clinic. Children deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity.
