  This has been an amazing experience from beginning to end. Starting with making the appointment the front desk lady was very polite and helpful. Even messaged me to let me know about my children’s insurance information. The atmosphere was great the staff was nice and pleasant. The DR was amazing!. She explained everything to me and my girls. It was just a great experienceN

  Always a wonderful experience. Staff went above and beyond for me. My sister chose this dentist office after a tooth removal(our dentist referred us), the energy from the staff made us return! My sister was so excited to make it on the cavity free wall, she put the work in to be on that wall and a simple dentist visit made her so proud of herself.

  My 7 year old had her first appt here today. This place was AMAZING!!!! The tech Niya who did her xrays, explained everything perfectly to a child who was scared and nervous. She's also a child that needs to know all the WHYs to feel comfortable and Niya nailed it! Then we met the dentist and she was so funny and made my daughter feel extremely comfortable and confident about the visit. Thank you for giving my daughter and I a great experience!!!!

  The dentist is truly amazing; her ability to use humor and build rapport makes me feel incredibly comfortable during every visit. Additionally, the entire staff is wonderful and consistently creates such a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you for providing such a positive experience.

  Doctor is amazing but please adopt a new system for confirming appointments. On two separate occasions maybe even three I’ve pulled my kids out of school just to then learn they canceled the appointment because the appointment was unconfirmed. Firstly, if I didn’t cancel the appointment myself, it is extremely inconsiderate to decide for any patient to cancel. Secondly, if you want appointments effectively confirmed, adopt a system that’s works for both the practice AND the patient. The message I was able to find did not give an option to click a link to confirm, reply Yes or No etc. and the last time anyone communicated was March 30th and the appointment was 4/17z My dentist office not only sends multiple reminders up to the day, they also have an effective appointment system which provides clear and concise communication without inconveniencing the patient. It’s unfortunate this experience was bad enough that I’m switching practices altogether. Hopefully this review inspires the office to evaluate and improve their procedures.
