  nurse Yablonski is the best! i moved here from out of state last year and finding a new women’s health provider is always intimidating, but she made it much easier. i came to her last year and she was very proactive in helping me with issues i was having, and i came to her again for this years annual exam and she was just as great! she’s very personable and funny and speaks to patients like they’re people rather than just patients. even offered me advice on things that are out of her area of expertise just to help me. her and the staff have been very sweet and helpful both times i’ve had appointments.

  I went to this center back in 2014, the staff weren't very friendly. It is nerve wracking when being referred to a breast specialist. I do recall seeing a doctor to discuss having the benign mass removed (ancillary breast tissue) , I cannot recall her name however, I do recall being treated with indifference as if my concern to have a benign mass removed was not only a frivolous attempt to pursue but that it was an act of vanity as 'there are others in a worse off position than myself'. I didn't appreciate that at all. I decided that I would never return to this place. After being left alone for nearly 10 mins once being examined, to have someone come back in and request for me to be examined again, which frightened me of course. I was then left alone for ANOTHER several minutes without one update as to the multiple machine and physical exams that seemed to perplex everyone. It wasn't unfriendly but it certainly wasn't what I would consider to be treated with care. EDIT: I was referred to the Aiello Breast Center again in 2021, I opted to not go. As I am 47yrs old, I am supposed to have this done annually, and was again referred (2022) to make an appointment since they are the closest however, I will find another location. After reading a few other poor reviews regarding treatment and lack of sensitivity - I will never go back to this place again, proximity preference is not worth it.

  Last spring I saw Dr. Urban for a lump on my chest that I found while on vacation. Turns out it was cyst, but they were able to get me in within days. Excellent service all the way around. She took her time to explain everything about my breasts, density and explain the mammograms etc. I appreciated the way that they treated me during a scary time. Edit: Year later seen by Dr. BROWN for a consult. Terrible bedside manner. Abrupt, wouldn't respond to questions, and treated me like I was bothering him instead of being transparent about the procedure that I needed. As a result I left in tears and never recieved the teatment I needed. I would never recommend him to anyone.

  Phone personnel needs some serious sensitivity training!! Very harsh!! Canceled appt will not refer anyone to them who is in a vulnerable state, such a shame people who call here are very scared.

  Nothing to say about the doctors but the staff is rude and should be more sympathetic as anyone with a reason to come to this center should be treated with dignity and respect. I was accused to be lying about my BRCA1 result because I chose to test using color geonomics vs a high priced genetics counselor in their building. My primary doctor reviews my positive results and sent me to a oncologist who then said I should see a breast doctor at this location. I made an appointment and was called later telling me they are canceling my appointment because I couldn’t provide my positive brca result. No one asked me and neither did they give me the chance to fax it over before down right accusing me! Second of all if I wasn’t positive why would the oncologist send me to them? I told her that and I told her that I gave the oncologist my papers and she got nasty saying well she called them and they didn’t have it. How is that my fault? I happily hung up the phone knowing that I wouldn’t be treated with such disrespect elsewhere. I would never send a loved one here, there is nothing to be gained from being positive for BRCA1 other than fear and worry! Shame on the Aiello center!
