  I'm not going to going to comment on politeness because they seem okay and if they get the job done I'm not going to dwell on how polite they were. However, my issue is with their process. Once, I ordered my medications online and they kept saying I picked it up and it had my signature so I asked them to check the security cameras which would take a week. And they just told me they'd give me a discount when they thought I already picked up my medication. No, I don't want your discount I want my medication. And, lo and behold, my medication was in a bin somewhere and was never originally sent out. After that I made sure to call them. I think it was beginning of September, I asked them to send out 2 medications but I didn't want the other one since my doctor told me to stop taking them. And lo and behold, they never sent out those medications. They' were like "We told you to pick it up it's been X days"... Uh I specifically asked for certain medication to be delivered? UHC with Walgreens might have been more expensive, but I can 100% say I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here.

  Pharmacist told me to wait 20 min. I waited there for 45 min before I got up and said something. Everyone looking confused for them to tell me they only have part of my prescription. Then told me to wait additional time for that one part. Terrible communication. Terrible service. They like to waste peoples time.
