I previously purchased a pair of clear frames that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, I purchased another pair in 2023 that I still cannot wear often because they give me headaches. When I tried them on in-store, I asked the employee if it was normal for the frames to feel tight behind my ears, and I was told they were fine. Turns out, they weren’t. The frames are too tight and uncomfortable to wear. I wish my concerns had been taken seriously instead of feeling like the employee was just trying to make a sale.

Check in was easy & straight forward, the eye exam was quick, and the associates helping me were fabulous! Shout out to Maria, Zee, and Dr. G, they were so kind and I left with the biggest smile on my face, and two new pairs of glasses! 10/10 experience!

- DMDenise MillerOct 5, 20261.0Totally disappointed in the service today. I stopped in a month ago because my lenses are scratched and was told they were under warranty until mid October. I went in today and they told me the warranty ended in September. Christine told me that I would have to call customer service. I asked Christine for the number and she told me to look it up online. The rudeness and lack of professionalism was shocking. Thank goodness Alisha in customer experience saved the day. However, I will never return to Gaithersburg and strongly suggest everyone else avoid the nightmare and go to another store.
