- MMMagnificentJun 19, 20262.0Was passing by and stopped to make enquiry on the $99 prescription lens; the 2 employees there were unnecessary tense and argumentative. I was stating how warby parker was pricey especially as I use a high index lens and that my cost have often been upwards $200/$250. They kept being dismissive and arguing with me as to how that was not possible, I even pulled up my email to show them my receipt from the last order, they kept gaslighting me as to how that was not possible even though they saw the receipt and proceeded to me know how long they have been in the industry. It was too tense of a communication for my soul so I simply left since they weren’t focused on helping me, but on telling me how wrong I was. I am a paying customer and was thinking this could be a possibility. My peace is paramount so I thanked then and left.
