I came in for prescription glasses and had insurance, and the staff was able to quickly find all my insurance information and help me through the entire process. I was also running late for my appointment, but they were very understanding and even helped waive the late charge, which I really appreciated. The doctor was very nice, professional, and made the exam easy and comfortable. A special shout-out to Ms. Heather! She helped me pick out the right glasses and made the whole experience so much easier. She is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and really knows her stuff. She took the time to help me find glasses that were right for me instead of making me feel rushed. The entire visit was fast, smooth, and professional. You can definitely tell the people here know what they’re doing. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back. If you come here looking for glasses, go see Ms. Heather! She’ll take care of you and help you find the right pair. Highly recommended! 👓🙌

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped right away by Joby. She found the frames I wanted, got the lens in, had me try them to make sure they were fine.
