  Trying to coordinate care for an established patient at this practice has been a deeply frustrating experience. Because my grandmother faces a language barrier, I manage her appointment scheduling. Over the past few weeks, I have made repeated attempts to reach the scheduling team, only to be left on hold for extended periods or leave voicemails that are never acknowledged or returned. Delaying necessary care for someone who is in active pain due to poor administrative responsiveness is unacceptable.

  Dr Webber is an excellent physician that really cares about his patients, and does not talk down to them or condescend. Been using him for decades and won’t go to anyone else.
