  Dr. Soltani is great! I had never been to a chiropractor before and went hesitantly because I was having shoulder and neck stiffness. Dr. Soltani walked me through the whole process and helped me understand all the different aspects. Little did I realize how out of alignment my body was. After only a few adjustments, I’ve been able to sit with my legs crossed in a chair and it feels comfortable and natural. My body is responding well and I feel good. I highly Recommend Joyful Roots!

  I came to Dr. Sima with ongoing neck and back pain that had built up from stress, and her expertise made all the difference. She took the time to really evaluate what was going on instead of rushing through a generic adjustment, and the results have lasted. She offers true pain relief, not just quick relief that fades. I highly recommend Dr. Sima to anyone dealing with chronic tension or pain. She’s a true healer!
