  For like the last four or five times I’ve gone here, they have NEVER been able to hand me my prescription on my time. This is very bad and insulting as I am spending my money to receive a prescription for me or one of my sick family members, and they just don’t care at all, brushing us off and handing us a “ticket”, telling us to go wait until we’re called, even though we came 30 minutes AFTER the deadline. Very bad service, and unreliable.

  Be prepared to wait for your prescription. Mother was told to come back the next day and still a 45 min wait after a text message was received. Extremely frustrating specially for older folks who cannot wait around. Not sure if this all across all Giant pharmacist or this one in particular.

  They have so many appointments and I figured out why. They have 0 respect for your time. I filled out my paperwork ahead of time. I arrived early. I filled out the paperwork that I needed to do here by before my appointment time slot. It is now 45 minutes later and I still have not been seen. A person who came to pick up a prescription while I was here was told 48 hours ago that it was ready, when he asked for it, they said they needed to fill it. These people have no respect for you, your time, or your health (as most aren’t wearing masks). Find literally any other pharmacy. It’s a better choice.

  The drugs are ready when they say they will be. The service is professional. The pharmacists are knowledgeable.
