  The staff is shockingly rude, and while we just dealt with it for a while, this past weekend was the last straw. My 5 year old daughter had an ear infection and we took her to an after hours urgent care. All the pharmacies were closed that evening but we called Giant first thing in the morning, after my daughter was up most of the night in pain. They said they couldn't fill the antibiotics until they talked to the prescribing doctor. I explained it was an after hours care center and they would need to contact the day practice. They wouldn't tell me when they would call or what the issues was and just kept saying "We will call after we talk to the doctor ma'am" to anything I said or asked. This was just amoxicillion for an ear infection...they just refused to give it to my daughter or tell me why...and had the audacity to say "Don't get an attitude" to my husband, who tried calling to see if he got better results (after not hearing back for 2 hours and having no answer on when we could get the medication). I called the day practice and they said they hadn't had any calls from the pharmacy and wasn't sure what they would have a question about. They pulled back the order and sent to a different pharmacy, and we had it filled within 20 minutes. I still can't get over how awful the staff treated us. We will never go back.

  I love this store but the only thing I don’t like it’s that they don’t have the stuff that you want or need in the store . But still I give it 9 out of 10!for this store 🤗🤗🤗..

  The worst pharmacy you can imagine. I am dealing with them for years, and almost each encounter is a bad experience, one way or another. Fresh experience is of today, June 5, 2026. I came to refill my sleep medication, for which I had two refills left, as printed on this pharmacy's label. Quite unexpectedly, I am told that my request is declined, and I need to contact my prescriber. No reasons have been given. Now, please, imagine: it is Friday afternoon. I face a perspective to spend at least two sleepless nights before I am able to contact my doctor on Monday. I am 80 years old, I have high blood pressure. Every nervous conversation (multiplied by lack of sleep) may carry serious danger for me. They (pharmacy people) seem to be oblivious to the fact that a big proportion of their customers are elderly people, requiring respect and attention. After all, it is a Pharmacy, not just a general store. By definition, the customers here are looking for medical help. Instead, the communication is poor, working slowly, with a number of mistakes. Even the most patient person may lose its patience. I will be looking for a different pharmacy. And you, my reader, try to stay away from this pharmacy.

  Made the customer feel very uncomfortable while shopping, and spoke poorly about customers behind backs well thinking customers cannot hear
