Communication was also very poor. They never called to let us know when the glasses were ready. Then, when they finally told us they were ready, we drove to the office only to be told that the delivery hadn’t arrived and the glasses were not actually there. On top of that, appointments were missed or not handled properly, and it took more than a month to receive my glasses. I expected much better service from an eye care provider. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and a waste of time. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
