- FJFukyu JohnsonOct 8, 20261.0Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication. We were told by the staff that our eyeglasses would arrive within two weeks. It has now been almost three weeks, and we have received no updates or notifications. We called to check on the order, and the receptionist told us it had been canceled. She said someone would call us back with more information, but nobody ever did. We eventually went in person to ask what was going on, and the staff told us they would contact the lab. However, given their lack of follow-up so far, I have little confidence that they will actually call us back. This has been a frustrating experience. Customers should not have to repeatedly call or visit just to get an update on an order. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is very disappointing. PLEASE NOTE: All these 5 stars reviews are most likely fake.

She was amazing, very patience and helped fixed my glasses. Thanks to her my glasses is now leveled and comfortable to wear. I recommend this place to everyone that wanted a friendly eye care environment. Thank you ! The staff are amazing.
