- KKKara KarabiasApr 17, 20265.0I’ve been going less than a year, but it’s the most consistent workout schedule I’ve been able to maintain as a working mom with 2 young kids- I have the 8 class package which is perfect (2 a week) , and the variety of classes is great. I love that I can mix strength, cardio, and mobility, there are always options to dial back or ramp up depending on fitness level, injury or mobility, etc. I love the Maple Lawn location- easy to access, clean, good class options, and awesome instructors/ community!

The instructors are encouraging and help you adjust to the correct position when necessary. You see a difference- pure barre works to build and tone your muscles.
