  I've been working with Kayla for ~2 months and she's exceptional. I have worked with personal trainers before and she has been the best. She's got such a deep knowledge base and uses that to find tiny tweaks to really personalize the workout to what *my* body needs. She's great at ensuring proper form, challenging and encouraging me, and keeping it fun too. A true professional who is also a joy to work with.

  Ive been going to south frederick for about a year now and honestly have nothing but great things to day about it! Its my favorite gym of all time. I recently had the opportunity to train with one of their pts “Corey” and he was so sweet! Genuinely so helpful and all around such a kind person. HIGHLY recommend!!!

  This is a review of a trainer, Corey at OneLife I had the privilege of working with for several GREAT sessions recently. Corey started with a very attentive and knowledgeable assessment of status of body condition, personal needs and goals!! He provided great understanding and insights over a very wide range of topics including dietary points. I learned a bit more protein needed added to my daily routine. Corey was very attentive to my thoughts or questions and did a great job of recommending exercises to fit those goals and needs. I am very pleased with what I learned and added to my ongoing workouts. I hope opportunity allows me to do more training sessions with Corey again in the future!

  I have been going to this location for several years now and love it! I signed up for personal training with Damien a few months ago to help my form, get comfortable using equipment, and learn new exercises and he has exceeded my expectations. I feel stronger, more confident, and excited to go to the gym now. Damien has been a huge help in understanding workout fundamentals and is always so fun to chat with! Huge shoutout to Damien for helping me finally feel comfortable in the gym and understanding the workouts I can do to feel my best!

  This was my first time at this gym and it was amazing. Damien was my trainer. He helped me with my scan and explained what everything meant. He was extremely informative and encouraging! During our training he made sure that I understood all of the movements and explained what muscles I was working out. After our workout he gave me a tour of the entire gym. This session made me feel super comfortable and excited to start my workout journey at One Life. I would recommend Damien to anyone.
