What if you could improve everything by doing nothing? Light Side Floats is a family owned flotation therapy center offering 5 private flotation suites and hydro massage therapy. Light Side Floats offers flotation cabins that are 5 feet wide, 8 feet long and have a ceiling that is 8 feet tall. Enter your own private flotation suite equipped with a changing area, shower and float cabin. After showering, you will enter your float cabin through a clear glass entry door. You'll have 60 minutes to relax and de-stress.

I have not received responses to emails or calls. In May 2025, I requested to pause my membership due to a tattoo. I emailed and received no response, then called twice requesting a call back to confirm. I was still charged on June 2, July 2, and August 2. At that point, I removed my credit card from the online system. In October, after returning for a float for the first time since my tattoo, I experienced a significant skin reaction (hives along my back). I intended to follow up at the time but was apprehensive with the difficulty reaching anyone, and then experienced a personal loss shortly after. Since January, I have reached out 3 times via email explaining the reaction and that I could provide time-stamped photos, requesting a refund for unused credits and have not received a response. I currently have 4 credits totaling $269. I genuinely enjoyed the floats themselves, but the lack of communication and inability to resolve billing issues has been frustrating.

The place was super clean from the bathroom, float rooms, after float room relax room and the area you can use blow dryers etc. The float rooms are spacious and so relaxing! Do yourself a favor and add this place to you must do list.
