Our eye exam with Dr. Hannah Kim was excellent and very thorough. She took her time and made us feel comfortable throughout the exam. Irena in the optical department was very customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took her time to make sure our experience was smooth, personalized, and stress-free. We never felt rushed, and the staff genuinely cared about helping me find the best options for our vision needs. From the eye exam to selecting glasses and receiving final products, the entire process exceeded our expectations.
