  I cannot begin to express how incredible my experience was with Dr. Higinbotham From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Dr. Higinbotham is truly in a league of his own—he took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the exam, ensuring I understood everything, and he was patient enough to answer every single question I had. It is easy to see why he is so sought after and booked out; he is easily the best eye doctor in Frederick. We need more physicians who show this level of genuine care, expertise, and dedication to their patients. The office staff is also wonderful—very nice, friendly, and efficient. I cannot recommend Dr. Higinbotham highly enough to anyone looking for top-tier eye care. He has earned a patient for life!

  I didn’t need an exam, just glasses, and everyone was so friendly and helpful and I found the exact pair I wanted. Georgine was so sweet and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

  Have not seen the actual Doc yet, but rating 5 stars due to the soft-spoken receptionist who spoke to me. I forgot to catch her name, but she is working right now as I write this, so hopefully that narrows it down. She was easily one of the most pleasant and helpful receptionists who I have spoken to. Nothing seemed rushed, and she was perfectly happy to help me, rather than sounding annoyed. It makes me happy I chose this place, and I will be recommending to my friends this location for their vision needs. I will update this after my vision appointment as well!

  Dr Higenbotham is the best. Very thorough, professional but friendly and reassuring service. He goes out of his way to explain things. You don’t feel like a number there. The staff is very nice too. Great place!
