- CHCorinne HunterAug 15, 20265.0I've been very lucky to not need to go to UrgentCare many times in the past couple years, but the few times I have been here have not been a pain. I was always seen relatively quickly, and the check-in process is not long considering they can access your info through MyChart. The waiting room actually feels and looks clean considering how many sick people come in. The front desk staff have always been nothing short of sweet and attentive. The nurses are also very nice and patient. There's not a long wait time between the nurse coming to see you and the NP/doctor diagnosing you, and I have never felt rushed once, although they are very prompt and straightforward with the dx/treatment. I've been to many hospitals and clinics in my life, and many of the staff there are burnt-out from being understaffed. You can tell that the staff here actually enjoy helping people, and went into the healthcare field to help people.
