- EEEvanSep 3, 20261.0Genuinely the worst primary care doctor I have ever been to. My first trip resulted in a cancellation due to being just a minute late. All this was due to them changing buildings and NOT updating it here on google maps. The second trip resulted in the Doctor, Yelena Safarpour. To be incredibly rude and honestly unaware of any issues faced with her. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all and it was very disappointing seeing as I have been on waitlist with this Primary doctor for over a year now! Never go here. Yelena Safarpour is awful! Edit: I have called that number and tried to submit a formal complaint, the person I was on the phone with seemingly argued with me instead of simply just taking my complaint. Eventually she does but not without wasting my time already after the fact of having to deal with such a terrible primary care doctor.
