- ARAlly RudolphJul 6, 20263.0This place is overall decent, I guess. I really like Benedicto Ramos. He’s very diligent and helpful. Some or maybe all of the current medical assistants and office staff (outside of the Labcorp lady—she’s great)—not sure about them. They seem iffy. Some of them could potentially be slightly ungodly, prejudgmental, lefty lunatic types. I dunno about everyone else around here, but I want Godly, holy, professional, kind people working in as many healthcare facilities as possible!

Since UM took over the quility of care had definitely diminished. Such as the front office no longer answer phones. Have you noticed the staff has also been cut in the front office and all calls now go to a call center. This is all done by UM to save $ regardless of quality if care..
