  The gentleman at the desk was kind enough to locate me in a insurance database. Everyone was wonderful. The wait in the lobby wasn't long.

  I moved to MD about 3 weeks ago in the process of unpacking and cleaning my back went out. I have never felt this pain or injury before I was to a point where every move I made hurt. After 3 days of not getting better decided to call around to find a urgent care that accepts my insurance and I came across this gem literally 10 minutes from where I moved to. Great experience from the time a made the initial call to find out the latest you can walked in until the time I left. Everyone was professional empathetic and very welcoming. I definitely would recommend this facility. The provider was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns If I could give them a 10 I would.

  I always have a pleasant experience when I go to this urgent care. I take my 2 children and myself there whenever we have a minor illness and we have never had a bad experience or any negative feedback. All of the staff that we have interacted with is very friendly, thorough, and they usually get us in and out of there in an hour or less. Not to mention it is less than 5 minutes from where we live so that is an added bonus. I will continue to take myself and my children to this urgent care in the future. ~ Callie

  I was processed in relatively fast and courteous manner. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I was able to discuss my medical issue with the doctor and agree on a way forward. I finished processing and my script was sent to the pharmacy as promised
