  These new checkout machines are terrible. It can’t pick up super light items so the attendant has to keep responding. They are shortstaffed so it takes a while even on the weekends to get help.

  This review is long overdue. The pharmacy team at Giant in Elkridge is honestly amazing. They consistently go above and beyond to take care of their customers, especially when there are issues with insurance or doctors. Instead of just telling you there’s a problem, they actually take the time to help fix it or find another solution, which makes a huge difference. Dealing with insurance can be incredibly stressful, and they truly help take that burden off your shoulders. What really stands out is how compassionate everyone is. You’re treated like a person, not just another number. That kind of service is rare, and they’ve been consistently great year after year. I’ve moved away from the area, but I still come back here to get my prescriptions filled because finding another pharmacy with this level of service is next to impossible.

  Best Giant I've ever shopped at! Just moved to Sparks. The Giant at Schwan Rd is horrible compaired to my Giant at Lynwood. I really miss it. The pharmacy staff is amazing. I've never had a long wait.
