  This review is long overdue. The pharmacy team at Giant in Elkridge is honestly amazing. They consistently go above and beyond to take care of their customers, especially when there are issues with insurance or doctors. Instead of just telling you there’s a problem, they actually take the time to help fix it or find another solution, which makes a huge difference. Dealing with insurance can be incredibly stressful, and they truly help take that burden off your shoulders. What really stands out is how compassionate everyone is. You’re treated like a person, not just another number. That kind of service is rare, and they’ve been consistently great year after year. I’ve moved away from the area, but I still come back here to get my prescriptions filled because finding another pharmacy with this level of service is next to impossible.

  3 months in to taking a regular medication, I've found this pharmacy to be extremely helpful. Even mild hiccups seem to be resolved quickly. In addition, this pharmacy seems to have the lowest price for my medication. Add the convenience of a grocery store with a Starbucks? Five stars.

  Unfortunately I’ve been coming here for a few years, and my first encounter was horrible!!! There was a lady that was answering the phones with nastiest attitude… they’ve since limited her answering the phones but she’s still there. There’s literally about 2-3 pharmacist that actually have exceptional customer service skills (I guess they’re the reasons I still come here), but other than that, everyone else is EXTREMELY rude. I guess that’s the acceptable culture for this store, but honestly they need to do better!

  Most unhelpful ignorant pharmacy ever. No notifications that rx is ready even though they say you will receive an email.
