  I was heading home for a 5 hour drive and needed to see someone and get antibiotics! The staff was exceptional and I was in and out relatively quickly! Thank you all so much! Your kindness was a gift to me that day! Keep doing what you do!

  Went for a walk-in appointment. The staff was wonderful, and I was taken back quickly. The nurse practitioner and medical assistant who helped me were both amazing, I wish I remembered their names! I was in and out in probably 1.5 hours with a x-ray and a referral. I have pretty severe doctor’s office/hospital anxiety and I didn’t stress the entire time. Thank you University of Maryland Urgent Care Easton team!

  I was seen on a Sunday night around 730, walked in , no waiting, was seen immediately. Felt reassured about my condition was not as bad as it looked. Thank you to the staff and doctor.

  The people who work at the urgent care are lovely, but I was COMPLETELY misdiagnosed with a broken toe, even though I showed and described the pain being on the side of my foot closer to my ankle. Not only was the radiologist’s report wrong, the person interpreting the read to me had it wrong. When I went to the ortho center for a follow up, they were baffled with the report.

  I have stress going to the doctor of any kind, I’ve had 2 colonoscopies years ago even though I’m considered ‘young’ , and I’ve never been to a doctor/care in Maryland since I moved from VA to Md - but I had to, and I wish I had got their names better - but in an effort to recognize, I’m just trying to define - the woman with beautiful blue eyes I saw at the desk/did my blood draw, the young lady with braids - I think was learning and did a great job communicating not even to me I was just listening to her focus and learning - Aida, that was also first contact and my NP that didn’t make me feel like I was troubling them and if you you know you know there can be that feeling. I really appreciate my experience with this location, and I would recommend it’s a good place to come.
