  Dr. Lily Covey was wonderful. She never made me feel rushed or dismissed. I left my appointment feeling heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Would definitely recommend her!

  Was refused care here because I am over 10 weeks. That is insanity to me. There are so many reasons as to why someone wouldn’t start receiving care or need to transfer or find new care well after 10 weeks. Clearly this establishment doesn’t care about women’s health while operating a women’s health clinic, which is clearly reflected by all the other 1 star reviews outside of mine.

  Finally, someone HEARD me. That GYN referred me to UM SMG Women's Health at Easton, where I met Dr. Doshi, who ALSO heard me! Finally I felt Seen by a doc who didn't discount my pain, etc. FINALLY 🎉 I'm an unusual case (my patient profile never fits the status quo - that's Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome for you) but she listened and wasted no time getting me set up with the treatment I actually needed: Surgery. She was fantastic through the whole process. It's been a year and a half since then. This past February, now that I'm finally fully healed from the surgery, I brought up some other issues that I was having. She created a plan with me, I've followed it and yet again, my quality of life is greatly improved. Thank you Dr. Doshi!!! Regarding the staff: I've seen them tired but pleasant, and obviously having a bad day but still helpful. I've seen them smiling, I've seen them all concentrating on their work in silence. I've never had an issue with someone being rude in this office. All the bad reviews about that surprise me. I'm sorry so many people haven't had the same kind of amazing experience that I have. I'm grateful to UM SMG for making my life livable again!

  This place was horrible when I was pregnant by putting me on medication that would have killed both my baby and my self. 10 months later I make an appointment to get birth control since they didn't and wouldn't fix me. Only to be told it's a consult. And they have to order it. Then what's the point of this appointment. Straight up the worst office I have ever been to.
