- EMEllie mertinApr 22, 20261.0The doctors are wonderful - the staff are not. Some if them are very helpful, others are just plain disrespectful. Sometimes when I call I get greeted with a hello and get all my questions answered, other times there’s a lady who doesn’t even say hi, refuses to answer anything and sends me to leave a message. Even if it’s the same question I ask both of them. It seems like sone if them see the patients as annoying and not worth their time. It makes me feel like I should be apologizing for calling in and bothering them. The one star is for the doctors, if they wernt there I would give them a 0.

He was on his phone the entire visit. I waited 30 minutes to talk to him only to be sorely disappointed. He didn't rule out anything for my hyperneuralgia or numbness. The worst specialist and neurologist I've ever seen or even heard of.
