  I have tried THREE TIMES to get an appointment with my previous gastroenterologist and have been rejected by scheduling THREE TIMES. Then every time they call me back it’s another dumb excuse. I’ve been struggling for years with stomach issues and all this solidifies for me is that this place only cares about themselves not the patient. I will take my business somewhere else and hopefully get the care I deserve.

  Despite having a referral from your PCP, they will not call you, you have to call them. Then, you have to wait for your new patient paperwork to be “reviewed” at the office’ leisure and only then are THEY supposed to call you to set up an appointment which you are advised might be another week, but then surprise to no one, they still don’t call you to schedule anything anyway. Their Policy/Procedures > Your Health If you have a loved one that you don’t want to watch suffer in agony with concerning symptoms FOR WEEKS and you tell them this, don’t even try to go here. Just take the drive to Johns Hopkins, where you will receive actual help from people who actually care. Thanks for doing absolutely nothing for my family.

  Great staff and over the 4 years I went here never had to wait too long to talk to a real person. They make the insurance part seem like a breeze too. Dr. John was the best GI I have ever seen, ans I would have continued if I hadn't moved.
