  I’m very surprised to see the negative reviews about this practice. My personal experiences have been fantastic. All the staff have been friendly and efficient, and I have never witnessed anyone treated with lack of respect. My Doctor is great, and all my visits have been timely, efficient, and professional.

  I went into this practice with a friend who was attempting to get medical records for her little brother who had been treated there when the practice treated pediatric patients too. As seems typical with the women who work at the front desk, we were told that the practice did not treat pediatric patients and were treated in a cold, almost aggressive manner by these staff. No one was interested in helping and their behavior was unprofessional and devoid of any warmth or concern. While we were trying to get help, a staff member, Tee, heard what was happening and came out to help us. Tee was exceptional and professional and went above and beyond to figure out how to obtain the medical records. She was so kind and caring. What an anomaly from the rest of the staff. Give Tee a promotion and a raise! She is exactly who should be working in healthcare, and we are incredibly grateful for everything that she did for us. I'm giving 3 stars because the rest of the staff, but Tee is truly a 5+ star employee!

  My primary sent in a referral for my to see a cardiologist given symptoms I’ve been experiencing over the past 2 years. I was able to get an appointment here with Dr. Lindsay, which was schedule out almost 2 months in advance. The day of my appointment they called me to say my appointment is being canceled because the provided determined by looking at my chart that I don’t need their services. I ask them what information are they using the determine that, and they can’t specify. Instead I’m being forced to disclose my health information over the phone to try and prove why I need an appointment. If I needed test to prove I need services I’m unsure why they would tell me the day of the appointment and not anytime during the 2 months they had beforehand. When I finally accepted they were just going to cancel my appointment because symptoms isn’t enough for them I asked what test would I need to complete. They couldn’t even answer that and asked me to follow up with my provider. Honestly sickening, I’ve been having symptoms for years trying to find an answer and I finally get my foot in the door and I’m turned away. Just disgusting how our healthcare system runs.

  This doctor does stuff for the hospital then never sends you a bill. You all of a sudden get a collection notice. When you look into it you find out they didn’t even bill both insurance companies or send anything to you! Idiots!!!
