  When I googled for a physical therapist in the Chesapeake area UM Shore Rehabilitation was one of the first to pop up when I called the number that was affiliated with this company a friendly receptionist answered the call she transferred me to the pt on the second floor I left a message they never called me back the entire day … I had to call back the receptionist to find out why they never called me back she said they have left her with no information, hours, additional phone numbers anything to help me get pt for my injured son. With this first impression of unprofessionalism is an indication of what is ahead .. If you can’t even give the receptionist information to help a potential client then don’t even be in business at all..
