I called my insurance company and they said I should not have paid anything. They're sending me a reimbursement form, which I now have to fill out. I will never go to urgent care again!!! Plus the nurse practitioner, Shirley, prescribed two prescriptions but never told me about the second one. I did call back and another nurse practitioner explained the best treatment for my yeast infection, which I appreciated, but why was Shirley so vague on explaining the prescriptions. Then I almost went to the wrong pharmacy. Luckily, I questioned the front desk which Pharmacy they sent the prescription to. That Mistake would have put me 15 miles out of my way. FurthermoreIt seemed like I was the only one there and the visit took very long????

Good beside manner and took very care of me during the physical. I will definitely go back to the UMD Denton Urgent Care when its time for my renewal. 5 stars, without a doubt.
