- KKKaraSep 23, 20265.0The wait was a little long, however, I was told about this upfront which I appreciate. The provider was very knowledgeable about my diagnosis. Kind, caring, empathetic, and professional. The check in process was easy and fast, I like how we are able to confirm are info on the tablet now at check in. The triage nurse was very kind and professional as well. My only complaint is that while taking my blood pressure the cuff became so tight that I lost all feeling in my lower arm and still have a bruise from how tight it was (I bruise very easy) and my visit was was 6 days ago. The nurse was aware of this, idk why she didn’t stop it. I know from working in health care and taking vitals you can stop it by pressing the starts/stop button. I felt very weak and lightheaded while this was happening as well. Other than that I was very pleased and satisfied with my visit and I will return as well as recommend this urgent care location.
- WYWilliam YoungSep 21, 20262.0Only thing good they did for me was give me a knee brace went in because I felt something stretch in my knee they did xray which I knew wasn’t needed and after that they said well nothing wrong with your bone here is a brace take 4 ibuprofen and return to work in 2 days.. I couldn’t put any pressure on my leg at all.. they were very polite and that’s only reason they got 2 stars
