  Happy to be a member of this gym, I’m a legally blind person and working out was something I needed back in my life, after reviewing all the gyms in my hometown DHF became the perfect gym for me. It has a nice open floor plan that easy for me to navigate and be able to see gym in its entirety without having to use my cane. The biggest o plus is the lighting because I have huge issues with contrast. The staff is extremely friendly and always answere any questions I have. This place fits all my needs and I’m crushing my fitness goals. Thank you DHF

  I’ve been a member for 4 years now. It’s a nice local gym. Plenty of equipment and cardio mechanics to get a good workout in. Staff is very friendly and does a great job keeping everything clean.
