  The employees who work in pharmacy are very rude and unprofessional.

  I’m apparently going to be waiting 4 days for my prescription and I’ll be going two days without it. I called my prescription in at 8am on Thursday, went in around noon the next day and was told it wouldn’t be done until 5pm. When I went to get it at 5pm I was then told they wouldn’t have it until Monday afternoon. This is absolutely ridiculous and I know I’m not the only one having issues with this pharmacy. If you can’t do your job correctly do not work in the medical field you will get someone killed. The medication I’m currently waiting on is keeping me alive and I now have to go two days without it.

  Consistently late with prescriptions. This place is ridiculous as in, there used to be a prescription drop off window right inside the door. That's not used anymore so every single person with every different request goes through the same line. Meanwhile, there are two registers but wait!!! , they only ever use 1. Always takes atleast 20-30 minutes just to get to your turn at the register. And half the time the medicine isn't even filled. So step to the side it is. Always bad customer service from the heavier set guy with glasses. I personally witnessed him get real nasty with an elderly gentleman who had questions about his medication and copays. That to me, is absolutely uncalled for to treat a customer, an elderly man at that , the eya that this employee did. This pharmacy is about to lose my business. And I personally hope everyone else's business as well until they get there head out of there behinds and DO BETTER!!!! ALL AROUND!! have a splendid day.
