  I am very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Mugford. My main concern is that the procedure I had done was not done correctly, and I am very unhappy with the outcome and the way my concerns were handled afterward. After the procedure, I had concerns about the results and specifically requested to see my before-and-after photographs so I could better understand what had been done and why I felt the results were not what I expected. Those concerns were never properly addressed, and I never received the opportunity to review the photos I requested. What was especially frustrating was that each time I went back to address my concerns, they were brushed off. After each visit, it became more and more obvious that my concerns were not being taken seriously and that there was little interest in addressing the issues I was experiencing. I also felt very uncomfortable and dismissed when trying to communicate my concerns. I never felt like I was truly being heard or that my dissatisfaction with the results was being taken seriously. Because I remained concerned, I sought a second opinion from another periodontist. She was able to understand and see the concerns I had and recommended that they be addressed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, my overall experience left me extremely disappointed. I believe patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and supported after undergoing a procedure. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Mugford.

  My experience at Mugford could not have been more positive. Everyone was exceptionally professional and pleasant from my first phone call until I walked out the door with an implant. I am looking forward to my post op visits and seeing everyone again. Thanks to Nichelle and Dr. Bruce for making this a comfortable and successful experience.

  Such a great place! Dr. Bruce, Sumner, and the rest of the team were so kind and informative. They do an amazing job at ensuring you are seen in a timely manner without your appointment feeling rushed and leaving with all of your questions and concerns addressed. A caring group of individuals who you can genuinely tell have a passion for helping their patients.

  I had given all my insurance information prior to consultation. Then I was given a different information once arrived. During the consultation, I had a main concern that my regular dentist sent me here for, but they kept insisting that I needed more implants after taking unnecessary scans that added more radiation. Do not recommend this place. I will be looking around for a different place for my implant

  This is one of the best dental offices I've been in. Dr Mugford is a very good periodontist. The office staff is amazing.
