- JGJ GrayNov 28, 20175.0The first three or so classes really suck. You have no idea what's going on, or what you're doing. After about three classes you'll get the swing of things. I hated the first class but kept going because the first week was free. After that I used their new client special and I really enjoy it now. If you've never done it before you might be really sore after the first few classes! Pros: Great workout. Fun. Time flies. Easy to commit to. I saw a lot of progress quickly. Cons: Expensive. Sometimes music is too loud. (Some instructors are better than others - I like Erica H.)
