- TWTerry Waller1 day ago5.0I had a spontaneous impromptu conversation with a trainer today at the water station. Weighing in check BMI etc Found out he had a relative who had the same meticulous spinal fusion procedure i had. Gave me unsolicited advice on how to start work out routine stretching. Really jump started workout. Offered not as condescending expert but knowledgeable professional I need to speak with him again, but I can't remember his name. Can you help me track him down? We spoke Thursday afternoon 8/20 about 1:30-2:00 pm
