If you’re hesitant about trying a Pilates class, don’t be, they offer a fantastic intro class, and the instructor Roman is absolutely incredible. Super welcoming, encouraging, and makes the experience enjoyable for everyone!

They have 2 studios which makes it easy to book classes. Some instructors give better direction, are more knowledgeable & are better at correcting your form, which I appreciate. Super happy I joined Crofton Club Pilates.

The club was clean and everyone was so nice! Crystal was great at showing me how to do the different exercises since I was new. I can’t wait to go back!

The Crofton studio is beautiful, the instructors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful (especially when I need to modify a movement until I’m strong enough to have full range of motion). For anyone wanting to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility, I highly encourage you to take an Intro Class to find out what it’s all about. You will not regret it!
