Hey I signed up for a promotion but I’ve been very busy this past 2 weeks. My work schedule varies. They send a lot of promotional emails, texts, and voice calls. I understand they are trying to market their business but if someone isn’t responding after 2-3 messages they should stop contacting. Just this morning I got a call and they left a voicemail only to say one word “hello?”. Nothing else in the message. I find it unprofessional to keep contacting someone who isn’t responding. I have been unexpectedly busy. I haven’t been to their studio but now I am turned off

I had a fair experience here (Kya’s sculpt was great!). Coming from another heated yoga studio, the classes are not as hot as I am used to. More importantly, there is no use of Sanskrit or typical pose names making it more confusing (I.e., “lift your right leg”, to what? Standing L, standing splits, one legged downward dog??). Both classes I attended, I was not greeted by anyone at the door and the staff continued to talk amongst themselves. By no fault of their own, there are no showers which makes it hard to attend before work. My largest issue, allowing attendees to film class. Halfway through class I realized I was being filmed partially in a girl’s video the ENTIRE time. I prefer studios with a no phone, and at minimum, no content recording policy. Ruined my experience

I had an extremely amazing time when trying out YogaSix recently. I am very new to yoga and Ellen ensured that I was completely set up with everything I would need to complete the class. I was extremely anxious but the help I received from beginning to end from Ellen and the instructors was super helpful and I felt extremely welcomed.

This is my Oasis. I have decided that this definitely qualify as self care. I am getting a better understanding of core, strength, endurance, meditation and mindfulness due to the individual attention I receive concerning my specific needs.
There is also a class that fits my schedule needs.

Signed up to try the studio out for mobility work to pair with jiu jitsu. Yoga is supposed to be relaxing, but the front desk was so disrespectful. Worst experience ever
