  if i could put zero i would, unfortunately the experience i had wasn’t a pleasant one. i came with my mother and she was looking for her glasses and we were there browsing and no one ever came up to us, yet they went to every other customer but us. the workers kept looking our way and never offered any assistance, it felt a bit racial but me trying to see the positive side of it all i’d rather not. my mom wasn’t happy with how it was all done and as we tried to look for help no one looked available so we felt discouraged and ended up leaving and ordering online, i just think it’s upsetting that we came with the intention of purchasing with questions but ended up just leaving and purchasing online.

  This is a very friendly eye care center so glad I chose this location 😊 my granddaughter was very pleased with the lovely selection of children's glasses I will continue to bring her to warby parker definitely 5 star's

  My first visit to get my eye exam done at Warby Parker. I had a great experience. Office very clean tech that I was with was just great. Wasn't rushed thru my appointment Had good experience with the Dr. Customer service out front I didn't get there names but it was October 21 2026 at 130 They were absolutely great. I talked with 3 to 4 of them working there. They were all friendly helpful knowledge and if my question couldn't get answered another co worker would help with no attitude. I only gave 4 star because have not got my glasses yet. I will write another review when I receive my glasses. If management gets to see my review be nice to look up this date and let your staff know they were great. I work in customer service and at times it's nice to hear how you are doing. Thanks again. Great experience.

  They have so many colors and styles that they can't put all of them out on display. Fortunately, Megan and Gino found the perfect pair in the back that checked all my boxes. I can't wait to get my new prescription glasses! If you didn't bring your prescription to the store, you can find your perfect style and fit and upload your prescription later.

  Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon around 1:45 hoping to get my glasses tightened. I asked an employee who said that the optometrist was on their lunch break and i asked what time they thought they'd be back. They estimated they would be back in 20 minutes. So I walked around the mall until about 2:10 and came back and asked a different employee if they were back. They said they weren't. I figured I'd give it another 10 minutes so I started looking at the glasses. As I was browsing, I heard another customer come into the store and asked another different employee about getting their glasses adjusted. This third employee said the optometrist was on their lunch break, and they would probably be back at 3pm. They then offered to put the costumer on the waitlist. After they left I went to this 3rd employee to ask when they'd be back and they said 3. I was NEVER offered by the first 2 employees to get on the waitlist and they obviously had no idea when the optometrist would be back from their lunch break. I left because I was not going to wait 45 minutes more after waiting 20. Very disappointed at the inconsistency of service.
