DO NOT GO HERE. They don’t know how to process an insurance claim and I’m still dealing with a visit from several months ago and being charged for the full cost of the visit.

Never going back there. My wait time today was crazy and the front desk workers there didn't even care.

I've always had a great experience here! I've always been early in the morning with no wait. The staff are always friendly and no surprise bills!

3 strikes you're out. 1st-ordered a covid test on weekend so results on Monday. Call Monday They never sent it and could not locate the swab. 2nd-there for lump in the back and was referring me for an ultrasound. Gave me an order to test a stool sample. Was for another patient. 3rd-went with when coughing up mucus for over a week and told an rx would be sent to pharmacy. After 8 hrs called pharmacy to inquire when ready. They had nothing. Called urgent care and Dr gone and her notes said nothing about an rx. They refused to fix it. Just sent msg to Dr hoping she would see it this weekend. So go to URGENT care and due to their incompetence can wait another 3 or more days for medicine that could help. 3 strikes and your out. Find someplace where you can be confident in your doctor or they may remove the healthy kidney instead of the diseased one.
