I visited this facility at the recommendation of my PCM after experiencing an excruciating suspected ovarian cyst burst, and I left incredibly frustrated by the unprofessionalism and substandard care. Upon arrival, the check-in counter was empty of patients, yet the two receptionists ignored me for nearly 10 minutes. When finally called up, the receptionist openly sighed, complained that she was "trying to go home," and blamed me for holding her back, only attempting forced small talk after seeing my shocked expression. I was immediately sent for a urine test with zero explanation of what was being tested. While the medical assistant was kind and empathetic, the care provider missed the mark entirely; she questioned why I was there, did a cursory check by pushing on my belly, and simply wrote a referral back to the very PCM who sent me there. She agreed it was likely a burst cyst but stated I would need an ultrasound to confirm—yet rather than utilizing the facility's active, on-site ultrasound capabilities, she gave me an outpatient referral, prescribed strength ibuprofen, and shooed me out. To top it off, after accidentally leaving my water bottle behind, it took 10 minutes to get it back, and when it was finally returned, the staff had bizarrely emptied all of my water. I highly recommend avoiding this facility

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because it has been consistently disappointing. Over the past few visits, I have been seen by the urgent care provider, Sandy Hope. Unfortunately, each encounter has been the same. She enters the room with a cold, irritated demeanor and communicates in a way that feels dismissive and sarcastic. When I ask questions or respond to hers, I am frequently interrupted and made to feel as though my concerns are unimportant or that I am not being believed. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and compassion. Instead, I have left each visit feeling unheard and uncomfortable. After giving her three opportunities, I can confidently say that this has become a pattern rather than an isolated incident. I do not want to be scheduled with this provider again. I hope the facility takes patient feedback seriously and considers whether this level of patient care reflects the standards they want to uphold. I have also requested to speak with the office manager regarding my concerns, but it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone. My intention in writing this review is not simply to complain, but to encourage improvements so that other patients receive the respectful, compassionate care they deserve.

I've been bringing my children to this office for about seven years, and until recently I've never had a negative experience. At my last scheduled appointment, I arrived within the office's stated grace period. When I checked in, the front desk employee answered a phone call before assisting me. By the time she finished the call, I was told I had to reschedule because I was now considered too late. When I explained that I had been waiting to be checked in, she acknowledged that I had been there. I remained respectful and simply told her to "have the day you deserve" before leaving. When I returned for the rescheduled appointment, I was informed that my original appointment had been marked as though I had missed it, causing me to lose the appointment time that had been scheduled. During check-in, the manager, Gabrielle, warned me that if I "canceled" again, I would no longer be able to be seen at this location. I explained that I had not canceled the appointment and that the system may have reflected it that way, but that wasn't what actually happened. I also tried to explain my previous experience with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed. Rather than addressing my concerns, I was simply asked when I wanted to reschedule, accompanied by a shrug. I live about 40 minutes away, so this experience cost me a significant amount of time and effort. What disappointed me most was not the scheduling issue itself, but the lack of professionalism, empathy, and communication from the front desk and management. After seven years as a patient at this office, I expected my concerns to be heard instead of dismissed. I hope this office takes customer service more seriously so that other families don't have a similar experience.
