  Look idk why people are leaving such terrible reviews. Leaving this review in fall of 2026–I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly, the staff were fine (no attitude!), no billing issues, and I loved my eye doctor, Dr. Yewande. She was kind and thorough and professional and I feel like we could’ve been friends haha. Not to say the other reviewers are wrong… just take them with a grain of salt :)

  Lady back at the eye glass station seems to be racist. She’s black herself. I am not but I am of a visibly different religion and race/ethnicity. I was the only one in there for 5 minutes but she wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was there. She wouldn’t give me eye contact or talk to me. Every turn I took she made sure she would face her head the other direction. Decided this place doesn’t deserve my money. Always makes me laugh though when minorities are racist as they know what it feels like to be discriminated against and treated differently so it’s shameful when they do it themselves to others.

  Make sure to leave AMPLE time as they run very behind. My appointment was at 2:30pm and did not see the doctor until 4pm. Dr. Yewande Olufisayo Kehinde did not believe my concerns that my eyes had changed over the last year and was unclear in her communication of next steps of the plan of how my prescription was to change or needs to be met. Overpriced and they only care about everything they can bill you for. They want to charge every version of insurance you have so they can get the most money from you.

  The front desk person was super nice as well as the doctor. I was trying to get new glasses but the lady in the glasses area would not even look at me or acknowledge that anyone was in the room. I decided to take my business elsewhere. It’s just funny when she is black herself and is being racist towards me because I’m of a different faith or who knows why she was being racist. She obviously knows how it feels to be discriminated against yet she still decided it was ok to do it to me.

  I hardly ever do bad reviews but this office is so unprofessional. I called trying to make an appointment for my child and was IMMEDIATELY met with severe attitude by Kayla. I tried to let it slide and continue with the call but was again met with severe attitude… listen it’s not my fault you hate your life or job. There is absolutely so reason to be so passive aggressive and rude. I was genuinely confused by something and was met with such a condescending and arrogant attitude. I definitely should have looked at the reviews before calling because it is clear as day that the rude/unprofessional behavior has been going on for YEARS & has clearly never been addressed correctly. That’s genuinely such a shame.
