I hardly ever do bad reviews but this office is so unprofessional. I called trying to make an appointment for my child and was IMMEDIATELY met with severe attitude by Kayla. I tried to let it slide and continue with the call but was again met with severe attitude… listen it’s not my fault you hate your life or job. There is absolutely so reason to be so passive aggressive and rude. I was genuinely confused by something and was met with such a condescending and arrogant attitude. I definitely should have looked at the reviews before calling because it is clear as day that the rude/unprofessional behavior has been going on for YEARS & has clearly never been addressed correctly. That’s genuinely such a shame.

Lady at the front office is extremely rude and staffing is troubling. For high class area it's a shame. If I could give it -0 star I would. We will be changing locations from this location to different one.

During our first visit, we experienced unprofessional behavior at the reception desk. While attempting to schedule a follow-up appointment at checkout, we were asked to wait while staff members engaged in personal conversations instead of assisting us in a timely manner. We later included this experience in a review, as requested by your clinic. Following that, the treatment we received during our second and third visits became significantly more concerning. Despite arriving on time for every scheduled appointment, we were repeatedly overlooked and not called in, while multiple patients who arrived after us were consistently seen before us. On one occasion, we waited approximately one hour before raising the issue, and although we were told we would be called next, we were still ignored. During another visit, we waited nearly 80 minutes before being seen. When we brought this delay to the attention of a staff member, the response we received was dismissive and unprofessional. Only after directly approaching a nurse were we finally assisted. During our third visit, we again experienced excessive delays and lack of acknowledgment, until a male nurse—who demonstrated professionalism and courtesy—recognized the situation and intervened on our behalf. Based on the pattern of behavior across multiple visits, we have serious concerns that we were subjected to discriminatory treatment. Being consistently overlooked while later-arriving patients were prioritized raises significant concerns regarding fairness, equal access to care, and potential bias in patient handling. This experience has caused considerable frustration, distress, and loss of trust in your clinic. As a result, we have decided not to continue care at your facility, despite being advised to return for follow-up treatment. We request that this matter be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. Healthcare providers have a responsibility to ensure that all patients are treated with fairness, respect, and without discrimination. The treatment we experienced falls short of these standards.

Refused to accept my vision insurance with Aetna; insisted they’d only accept medical insurance….which requires a deductible. My vision insurance has no deductible.
