I like how the workouts are low impact and target different areas than the other strength workout that I do. All the instructors are friendly and welcoming! I always come back for a class in a good mood and feeling energized!

The classes are low-impact but still intense in the best way, and I always leave feeling stronger, more energized, and more confident. I also love the positive atmosphere, motivating instructors, and how every class helps improve my posture, balance, and overall tone. It’s one of the few workouts that makes me feel both calm and accomplished afterward.
