The classes are low-impact but still intense in the best way, and I always leave feeling stronger, more energized, and more confident. I also love the positive atmosphere, motivating instructors, and how every class helps improve my posture, balance, and overall tone. It’s one of the few workouts that makes me feel both calm and accomplished afterward.

They are friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable - giving HOCs and tips consistently. I dreaded working out before joining pure barre Columbia. A little over 3 years ago, I took my first class, immediately purchased an unlimited membership and haven't looked back. It's become a space where I know I'll see smiling faces, have a great time and get a really good workout in.
