- JLJW Lilly1 day ago5.0Ruby was a great help today. I got my glasses there about a year ago. I fell asleep with them on my last night and I woke up and one of the lenses popped out. Ruby Was able to quickly get the lens back in and clean them up for me so I can go back to seeing. Thank you.

She was very knowledgeable and patient and had a wonderful personality. When I went to pick my glasses up I had the opportunity to work with Elisa, she to was great to work with. I highly recommend this Pearle Vision store. And I hope you get to work with these two ladies

She immediately knew what to do, fixed them, and even cleaned them for her—all in less than 5 minutes! We were in and out so quickly. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. I am giving it 5 stars rating as Dr. Nicole Shastri spend enough time to check/ exam my eyes and explained it to me in simple terms understandable. Also, on the front desk Syuzauna ( sorry if I did not spell your name correctly) is so professional and friendly. She explained me all the options available so I was able to select the ones I need based on my daily use of the eye glasses. It was so surprising that I went to pick up my glasses almost a week later from the due date as I was busy, but by the time she saw me she picked those glasses from the shelf without asking my name, it means they care about their customers. Thank you Pearle team.
