  Very friendly and understating staff! The response time was quick and I had no problem navigating any paperwork that they gave me to fill out. This practice is very professional and I am happy that I decided to go here

  As a first-generation Caribbean woman in my 30s- I was so nervous doing an consult with a psychiatrist. I was afraid of what that potentially meant & coming to terms that I was not as "strong" as I thought I was especially being a social worker myself. When I tell you this woman is heaven sent. She took the time and educated me not only on my mental health but the stigmas and root cause surrounding my anxiety. Ms. Laurette has truly changed my perspective on what it means to be a healthier version of my self and what it means to be "strong". In addition to this, I really loved how comfortable I felt when speaking with her, there was no such thing as a dumb question, she was knowledgeable, transparent, patient/empathetic, and did not rush me off the call once my time was up. All this to say, if you are wondering or inquiring about a consult or needing support with your mental health- literally look no further! This is the real deal and so soo blessed to have found Mindsense Serenity!
