- MMMarkusJun 29, 20265.0I found the staff of LensCrafters at Macy's to be very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. They are also very efficient in attending to customer needs. Chelsea introduced me to Meta Glasses, which I bought as a 2nd set for non-reading use. The features are fantastic and perfect to meet my need to instantly capture a moment by photo or video. Also, playing music or talking by phone through the frame is a huge bonus -- no earbuds stuck in the ear yet the stereo sound is personal, just for me to hear. I highly recommend the staff at LensCrafters on the 2nd floor of Macy's in Columbia Mall -- they may be tucked away near the elevator but worth seeking out.

The 2 associates, Judy and Chelsea, (more with Judy) made the entire experience very informative and pleasant. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect for both pairs. My eyes were examined by their onsight optometrist Dr. Phan who wonderfully brought my almost 6 year old prescription up to date. Outstanding and highly recommend.
