- AZAshley Zinalabedini2 days ago1.0I have had a very disappointing experience with this store. On 10/4 I ordered a pair of glasses for my son. The process was lengthy and the internet kept going in and out. I was willing to look past that until the delivery of the glasses. I received a text from an unknown number that my glasses were ready. No other form of communication. They said to stop in anytime except the store is now closed for renovations. No one answers and the main LensCrafters customer service claims they can’t help because it was purchased in store. So I am now left waiting an extended time for glasses that are available I just can’t pick them up for another week because the store is closed. They should have developed a plan for items to be available during this renovation. I will not be returning to this store and would advise others to use caution.

My tech was retired Navy and was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He put in my insurance claim and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I will be back for both sunglasses and prescription glasses in the future. Contrast this with my failed attempt to buy Costas on line. For some things, dealing with a human is almost always better.
