- LOLinda O'NeillFeb 24, 20263.0Mixed feelings. Our first appt was a 2 hour wait. After that check-in/out is easy and they’ve been flexible with appts. Dr Laufer is awesome-takes time and really cares. The other doctor runs in and out. The nurses and technicians are kind. What’s not good is the machine itself. During the last several weeks of treatment the machine has been down 5 times. The result is sometimes you miss a treatment. Sometimes you sit and wait a long time for the machine to come back up. If you live nearby it’s not too bad but we live 30 minutes away. They are installing a new machine but it’s not ready yet.
