  I’ve had terrible experiences with pharmacies so I KNOW what I’m talking about. The people at this giant Randolph pharmacy actually care, they are so nice and friendly and helpful and even sound upbeat when you call occasionally. Just spoke with Jeff and he demonstrated the utmost professionalism! But he is not the only one, each time I call I deal with sensible people. Keep it up guys

  Terrible costumer service, the pharmacy called us and ask to pick up in 30 Minutes… once we arrived for our surprise the medicine was no ready and ask us to wait for an hour because supposedly needed and authorization that was sent already by the dr. After and hour and 30 Minutes the only solution was pay out of packet. The pharmacy manager De Xue was never available to speak directly with us and just keep screaming to the technician asking him to delivery the messages. The attention was terrible and the communication skills of the manager the worst… and during the time we wait couple more clients (4 persons)arrived to pick up medicine after get a call by the Pharmacy and the answer the same wait 45 minutes because the meds are no ready. I have been a giant pharmacy Client in other locations for long time but this location need attention! Really u deserve 0 stars

  The pharmacy customer service is horrible. Nothing gets done. I think CVS Pharmacy is much better

  Overall good experience..Pharmacy can get slow at certain times of the day.
